A restaurant with gourmet Chilean cuisine, where each dish comes with a suggestion for the perfect wine pairing. We then head to Kingston Vineyard. Since its first vintage in , Kingston has been turning heads with its small production of Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc. While coastal Casablanca is known for its white wines, Kingston is pioneering the production of cool-climate, artisan-style reds. Wines from the acre family ranch are handcrafted and bottled on site.
Finished at Kingston we continue our trip Valparaiso where we overnight. Accommodation: Casa Higueras or Acontraluz Hotel.
