Dear Terry, First of all I would like to start by thanking you for your comment as they are a great assistance for us when trying to identify problems that may occur or have occured in the hotel.
I would like to start off by assuring you that there is no tollorance of protitution what so ever in the hotel. What may seem to you as prostitution may be nothing more than an innocent relationship, please remember that the culture and customs are very different here to in the UK. Also i would have to disagree fully about your claim that the hotel is not safe, the hotel has 24 hour security on all doors of the hotel and through out the hotel premisis.
The hotel is also situated directly in front on the biggest police station in Sousse. And to add to this i am an English woman and have lived in this resort for 7 months and have never came across any problem or felt unsafe.
If anything i feel welcome qnd happy here. Secondly, your claim about the animation team, I work very closely with the hotel animation team, I spend every evening in the bar helping them provide the entertainment, never have I over heard or been involved in a conversation that had anything to do with drugs, even in a joking sense. As the issuse of drugs is taken very seriously in Tunisia and is definatly is not worth risking your job for.
Finally, if there was a problem with the clenliness of your room im sure, if you reported the problem, housekeeping would have been sent straight to your room to resolve this for you, if not a room change would have been offered to you. I would like to thank you once again for your comments as we have took them onboard and will try and resolve the problem in order to enssure a more pleasant stay for future guests. Above average all inclusive hotel. Better than usual food with good al la carte restaurant.
