Prostittutes were a nice touch. Having to get night manager off the couch should have been an indicator that this was going to suck. I'm really glad that my car was in the parking lot when I woke up. Staff here made me feel Welcomed! Helped answer any questions with clear delight in being there for their guests! They ensure great service! I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The layout of the room was spacious and I immediately wanted to stay a couple more days to enjoy it.
The room gave off the feel of being newly renovated. The digital key was a plus and one of the reasons why I selected this hotel. It is also located near all the stores you'll need shall you need anything.
I did use the gym which was stocked with towels, headphones, and water. Great variety for breakfast. The potatoes were great! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will stay again my next visit! Very friendly and engaging staff. As we checked in we were told that the room that we picked with the digital check in was not yet ready. We were immediately given the opportunity to be upgraded. This was an extremely nice touch.
We stayed at this facility in and was just as pleased also with the extra amenity of having the free breakfast. A definite nice clean hotel.
It is well run. The staff were super, the room was very nice for the price, there is plenty in the area, and close to the Inner Harbor. If you're getting married or having your reception at the at The Marion catering hall next door, definitely consider staying here afterwards! Everything was terrific - value far exceeded the price. I highly recommenf this for a business trip to this area.
