HANOI: A shocking Vietnamese TV show has exposed how a prostitution racket, operated in part by students at a Vietnamese high school near Hanoi, preyed on young, virgin students, the state media has reported. While the names of the sex offenders have not been revealed, one victim said a man she was forced to have sex with is the director of a bank.
