Jarabacoa is known for a cool climate and I wondered about the quote of ft altitude. The aforementioned reports will include anecdotes and my observations of the conditions and activities on the ground of each of the locations. This trip includes 2 days in Sosua, 2 days in Bonao, 1 day in Santiago and closes with 3 days in Sosua.
There are also are some day trips to Puerto Plata from Sosua. Below I have listed my notes for your review. Those who follow my reports will notice a pattern to detail which not only comes from my profession but also comes from the fact that I am anal retentive, pensive and a cerebral personality.

There are several international companies that reside in Bonao that make for the basis of the city's economy. Bonao is famous for its carnival along with La Vega and other mid-sized Dominican cities. The event occurs annually during the month of February.
